JR has worked with KCOMS for over six years and lives in Lexington with her husband, two kids, and dog. She loves spending time with her family, food, and sports, especially the Kentucky Wildcats. GO BIG BLUE!!

Kim Hall Office Manager Richmond

Kim Hall, Office Manager Richmond

Kim discovered her passion for the dental industry at a young age. She worked in the general dentistry field for several years as an expanded duty dental assistant before joining the KCOMS team in 2007. Kim resides in her small hometown of Irvine, Kentucky, with her husband and their two dogs. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, relaxing at the beach and cheering on the Kentucky Wildcats!

Shannon, Beaumont Office Manager

Shannon is originally from Owensboro, KY. She joined the KCOMS family with 26 years of dental experience. She began her career as an Oral Surgery Assistant, gaining extensive hands-on clinical experience in surgery, sedation, radiography and patient care before transitioning into leadership and front office management roles. Outside of the office, Shannon is a proud military mom and devoted pet parent to a golden retriever and two Siberian cats. She enjoys live music, comedy acts and being on the golf course.

Lisa is originally from Lexington but now resides in Paris, Kentucky, with her husband and one child. She enjoys UK basketball and spending time with her family. Lisa has been a part of the KCOMS practice for 18 years.

Shannon Pugh Implant Director

Shannon Pugh, Implant Director

Shannon grew up in Nashville, Arkansas, and attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She and her husband have three children and enjoy spending time as a family outdoors. Shannon has been an intricate part of the KCOMS team for 12 years.

Amanda Shell Implant Coordinator Beaumont Office

Amanda Shell, Implant Coordinator Beaumont Office

Amanda was born and raised in Lexington, KY. She resides here with her three dogs, Casey, Cali, and Maverick. She attended BCTC and continued her education at the Institute of Dental Technology. She has been an asset of the KCOMS team since 2014. When she’s not helping people regain their smiles she enjoys hiking, spending time with her family and friends, and cheering on the UK Wildcats and Cincinnati Bengals!

Tori Jude, Implant Coordinator Hamburg Office

Tori was born and raised in Mt. Sterling, KY, where she currently resides. She attended MedQuest College and has been a part of the KCOMS team since 2018. She spends her free time watching movies, golfing, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Becky Spargo Implant Coordinator Richmond Office

Becky Spargo, Implant Coordinator Richmond Office

Becky has worked in dental for the past 29 years, including general dentistry, oral surgery, and a school-based dental program. While she grew up in Mt. Sterling, KY, she has lived in Winchester, KY for 20+ years. Becky is a graduate of Montgomery County High School and Bluegrass Community & Technical College. Her and her husband have 2 daughters and 3 grandchildren. Becky has been a part of the KCOMS team on multiple occasions over her career. In her spare time, she loves to shop, vacation at the beach, and spend time with family and friends.

Laura Buchholtz Professional Relations Director

Laura Buchholtz, Professional Relations Director

Laura is from Lexington where she attended Tates Creek High School and then studied at Eastern Kentucky University. She is married and has two children. Laura enjoys reading, being outdoors, sports, and spending time with her family. Laura joined the KCOMS practice 18 years ago.

Very friendly staff. Dr Menegotto and Ashley are a wonderful team. Not only were they kind to me, their professional interactions were very respectful. Procedure was only slightly painful (numbing shots) and not uncomfortable at all. Very minimal pain in the days following. Happy with this office and would recommend.

Thanks to Kentucky center for Oral surgery and Dr.Nichol. As someone who has always been afraid of dentist. Dr Nickol and associates made me feel great and talked me through every procedure. And after every appointment I received a call from the nurses making sure I was ok. It may not mean much to some , but it made me feel like they cared about there patients. I recently had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Kelsey Menegotto and her team. They all did a wonderful job and I have been healing up just fine with no major issues. Everyone was very kind and professional, and the office was very clean. I would definitely recommend them and will return if I have any issues in the future.
